   Absolutely disgusted by this company. I purchased a gift voucher for my wife's birthday as she wanted to get a tattoo in memory of her sister. When my wife tried to book, she realised that the voucher had expired on 9th November. Just over 2 weeks late. I had mistakenly thought the voucher was valid for a year. Now, whilst i understand there are rules/regulations, surely there could have been SOME kind of compromise!!! No. NOTHING. Disgusting attitude, and an appalling way to deal with a first time customer.
