I visited the store in Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow with my Granddaughters to change a beautiful bracelet and ask advice. The ladies could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service and advice changing one bracelet size and regarding a bracelet that may require some additional links at a later date. The three bracelets were purchased by my son and family before they emigrated, he has also praised these ladies regarding their knowledge and customer advice and patience choosing these beautiful silver bracelets for my Grand daughters . I love this shop because people are very helpful. I could swap something I had received from an online order (which was delviered wrong) and they ordered a size up for a ring, without having to commit to buy it. Thomas Sabo is a bit pricy but good quality and the staff are genuinely helpful, and not stuck up like other jewellery stores.
