We went to go pick out my wedding ring and researched Diamonds Factory, reviews and pricing looked great online and we booked an appointment to go in. Ashley helped us and was super friendly and took time and showed us multiple rings that would suit my taste. As nothing that was "standard" was to my taste we decided to do a bespoke wedding set. The transaction was seamless with no issues. Ashley, that night found exactly what I was looking for as a standard item so I didn't have to pay the bespoke item for my wedding band. I still wanted my engagement ring custom made. One week passes by and me being the girl that I am, I changed my mind and decided I wanted just a plain solitaire with a princess cut diamond. I emailed Ashley and she was very kind to show me more rings to my new taste. We made another appointment as Ashley wasn't working that day she set us up with Samantha. We came in and Samantha helped us with a few options of the solitaires that I wanted. We quickly found the right one and she helped us order it and ship it to our house since we live an hour away. Phenomenal service, with wonderful people working there. The store is felt very open and inviting, you never felt pushed unlike other places we visited before Diamonds Factory. We appreciated the water and my husband really appreciated the beer that was served. Every step of the experience was wonderful!
