Great experience. Despite there being a number of shops in the Argyll Arcade, we ended up choosing Ernest Jones predominantly because of the friendly staff and great service provided by the team; particularly David. He took us through the end to end process with patience, care… and good humour! Thanks again for looking after us.
David who works in the argyle arcade shop is absolutely fantastic!! We initially had only went in for a look but after looking in other shops we decided to go back and give him our business. He was very patient and allowed us to take our time and put us at ease. Can’t wait to go back to pick our rings up

Fantastic! We ordered our wedding rings here with Arlene and, honestly, she's been brilliant. From the first day when we wandered in, to checking in during the process, and finally picking them up, she's been a gem. Great customer service from someone who knows what they're talking about, has good banter and is a lovely warm person.

I purchased 2 watches from Ernest Jones store in the Argyll Arcade and I just want to say how helpful all of the staff members were. The young man and young woman were so friendly and knowledgeable and the woman (who I believe was a manager), was also very friendly and lovely. My son had to go back to the store today to have links removed from the strap of his watch and he also commented on how helpful the staff were. Thank you very much for the great service - it really makes a difference to have staff who are not pushy and go out of their way to help a customer. Thank you.

There attitude was terrible made me feel as though a couldent afford the watch I was buyn had there backs to me most off the time.that was one shift not them all.i went to there other shop in Buchanan shop center.and they wer so nice and helpful so I gave them the sale and bought the watch.
