   For my 70th birthday, my closest friends clubbed together to buy me a gold chain for a pendant my parents had given me in 1978. We found it today in your store in Silverburn. Karen looked after us and was not just brilliant but was so professional with her advice. With the money left I was able to purchase a pair of matching earrings. A fantastic store and top of the range stsff.

   I recently bought a new watch from the H Samuel branch in Silverburn, Glasgow. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Both Lorna and Caroline were extremely helpful and gave first class customer service. I was also handing a watch in to be sent away to the manufacturer for repair. Again, Lorna and Caroline were so helpful and I especially appreciated how clear they were in their communication as we were going through the process of returning the watch that needed fixing. After I’d bought my new watch, Caroline adjusted the links in the strap very quickly so that I wasn’t waiting for long. I really enjoyed shopping here and I’d go back in future!

   I did visit H. Samuel store in Silverburn seeking advice on how i could clean my titanium ring , Kirsten and Ross were very helpful and honest, i did ask if i need to buy polishing cloth or something else to do the cleaning myself at home but i was advised it would not useful and it would not work, instead Ross offered to give it a try to polish my ring in the workshop at backdoor while i was there and in few minutes it was done and he told me it was FREE. Thank you guys for good customer care and support.

   Was in to buy an engagement ring which turned into 6 trips in 2 weeks due to resizing and changing of the ring and then returning it sadly but all due care, patience and professionalism by the staff especially Denise who is a treasure to the Silverburn store, the girl is absolutely wonderful at her job and you guys should keep her there permanently as she remembers you even by name when you've been in before and always shows true professionalism and due care to find you the right product. Top marks to Denise if I could give 6 stars I would as she is one of the best retail assistants I have ever come across over the years. Other mentions to Marisa and Ross who were helpful over that fortnight as well.
