Popped in here to look at an Omega watch. Was met by a very pleasant young lady who was very polite and professional. No pressure sales let me take my time was offered a drink and made to feel comfortable. I Spoke to the manger very friendly still no pressure that probably made me buy a very nice watch on the day.
We visited a little over a week ago as we were looking for a 40th birthday gift for myself. I had not long started looking for watches and had a bit of work to do narrowing down what I was looking for. We were served by a really friendly team specifically a young lady with red hair Kirsty I think her name was. She was really patient and made some really helpful suggestions for things we could try on. We explained we would need to go and think about it as it was a lot of money to spend. In the end we went for the Omega planet ocean chronograph but regrettably I was not able to buy from Kirsty on this occasion as I discovered an ex display for sale in a competitor with a substantial saving that I just couldn't ignore. But I would really appreciate if the management team could pass on our thanks to the whole team who we interacted with on monday 15th Sept. I will be back for future purchases.
I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Abbie Her customer service was outstanding—she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I got a beautiful gold bracelet for my mom, and it was presented so well. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for quality and excellent service!
Popped by here when I visited Braehead after looking for a gift in another shop and taking my wee boy to Mcdonalds . Ive a few watches in mind and popped ans was met by Bethany . She sat me down offered me tea or coffe even a juice for my wee boy . My wee boy was playing up however she was very good with him . Her knowledge regarding watches was excellent . I left and had another think about the watches she had left out with me . I did visit later and question another watch but it wasn't Bethany it was another girl but they never had it in stock . Just wanted to leave a review to say if anyone is looking for a watch even know they never had the one i was looking for in the end . Bethany had first class service
Came into the store earlier today with my partner to pick a ring. We were quickly greeted by Sharon who was an absolute delight to deal with. Was very polite, sweet and attentive. We bought a ring and also looked at putting deposit down on a watch for my partner. Very pleased with our visit! Thanks Sharon! X
I had an issue with earrings i had got 4/6 weeks ago. They would not close took them back they tried to tighten them. I wore them out to lunch unfortunately i lost one i did have them insured thankfully. So got the insurance in the form of a voucher. Went in today and Gemma a young assistant was very helpful. As was Clare my original assistant she also remembered me from all those weeks ago. Which made me feel very welcome and like an old friend. Both of them took time and patience with me to find something i liked. We have been using this branch for at least 10 years and always find the staff helpful. But today i feel Gemma and Clare have went over and above the usual standard of service. Thank you girls you made my day and i will look fabulous in my new sparkle.
Absolutely worst shop ever experienced!!! Even Poundland give you a better customer service!!! Personnel need basically back to school as they don’t know how to spell a simple words .. funniest is that personnel who working ther told me that she don’t spell well .. and she is carrying in that shop selling watches for around 4k How she can talk to proper customer I don’t know but I just left and laugh.. never back !
We had a great experience at the branch! Called in advance about an enquiry before going in and our sales assistant Gemma was very helpful she even offered to make the transactions over the phone so we didn't have to make the trip into the store! However we were only 10 minutes away so decided to just go in and we were looked after very well. All the employees were very professional and very knowledgeable in regards to the products which definitely encourages customers to purchase! We were offered beverages during our time in the store, thank you! Everything was so easy and staff were very friendly and helpful! Big thanks to all the employees we had a great experience, special thanks to Gemma and Courtney!
Went in for a look as had no idea what wedding rings we liked or wanted and walked out with both rings for my Fiancée and myself. We had our 2 and a half year old girl with us and the staff were so good with her as well as ourselves and the level of detail and customer service from Marie and her staff was lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to go back here again and if we ever need anything else we will be sure to pop in. Thanks again Marie.
