   Julia was kind and explained the procedure clearly including the aftercare. She took time to prepare and sanitised the equipment. She understood my granddaughters anxiety and reassured her before piercing her ears. It was a great experience and if there are any further piercings to be done it will be H Samuel, Braehead with Julia if possible. Love her titanium studs.

   Walked in around 8pm Thu 17th we were the only ones in the shop, the two chatting staff members didn't even look up to acknowledge us. So will take our business elsewhere. Engagement rings also seemed a bit older fashioned compared to other stores in the centre.

   Good open position in the corner of the central mall. Good display of all manner of men's and ladies watches an jewellery. Assistants all seemed to be helpful and attentive. Mid-afternoon I waited about 2 minutes before an assistant came to help. I needed a well-known name of watch adjusted as the bracelet was too big. A simple enough job carried out in a matter of minutes. Comfort fit checked and that was it, job done. In a wheelchair, it is important not to feel embarrassed or in the way. The space is well laid out with no extra clutter.
