   This is a great store to shop in , I have made a few purchases in here with Yvonne who always provides a friendly first class service and is extremely knowledgeable in the products within the store. My partner came into store to purchase a watch and Yvonne & Kyle were able to price match to the price on the website which was fabulous. A service earnest jones can offer. On this occasion Yvonne pointed out a treasure in the window a pristine pre owned Omega speedmaster i had my eye on for some time in the omega boutique but always unsure of the big purchase. Yvonne was able to talk me through the spec of the watch and had loads of knowledge on the brand and the quality. Thanks to Kyle & Yvonne's teamwork I was then offered a further reduction i could not leave this watch in the store i had to take it home lol. Always a 1st class service in here at all times Kyle & Yvonne make a fabulous team. Nothing is a hassle, and to top it off we were given money off vouchers for our next purchase , we will absolutely be coming back in a few weeks to see what other treasures Kyle & Yvonne have in store always 10/10. If your thinking of making a making a big purchase this is the store to shop in. Thanks again guys

   My fiancé and I bought our wedding rings here and your member of staff Elise could not have been more welcoming and helpful. She talked us through our options and let us try on a few different styles to see what fit us best. We are so over the moon with the friendly and professional service and our gorgeous rings, we’ll definitely be return customers!

   The store was spotless and had a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all lovely, but I want to give a special mention to Preet for her outstanding customer service, she was so attentive and helpful throughout. The whole process was quick and seamless, and my watch is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

I was served by Elise and from the moment I walked in she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, helping me choose the perfect watch without any pressure. The selection was impressive, and the quality of the watch I purchased is outstanding. It was beautifully packaged, and they even resized it on the spot.    Shocking customer service! Rodium service was few month out of date. After been assured by member of staff because of covid we were okay to come in to send ring away for cleaning, only to be told NO because it's out of date. We explained the situation only to be told that member of staff does not work their anymore and they will not help us! Really disappointed, will not be back!
