   Evelyn in the Silverburn store helped us pick out our engagement ring. The process was smooth and we felt so comfortable. We weren’t sure what we were looking for but Evelyn really listened to what we liked, was very informative and ended up helping us find our dream ring. You can really tell how much Evelyn loves their job, the whole experience couldn’t have gone any better for us. We would like to add a huge thank you to Evelyn for such a lovely experience.

   I bought a ring from their outlet in Silverburn and while the customer service at the store was great and they had variety of ring selections, the service after that has been really frustrating. While buying the ring as they did mot have it in my size was informed that they can send it to the factory and get it in my size in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks when I gave them a call as I had recieved no communication from them I was informed that their system was down so they could not track my ring but it usually takes upto 3 weeks. After waiting another week when I again called to inquire about my ring as yet again had recieved no update whatsoever, the woman I spoke to started telling me off that it has not exactly been 3 weeks as factories don't work on Sundays and bank holidays. Just for context I purchased the ring on 10th July. I politely asked her to convey me any update regarding the ring like when exactly can I expect it. She continued to be extremely rude and condescending. She final said she will let me know the status by the end of the day and surprise surprise no word yet again. I understand my ring wasn't in thousands and costed 230 pounds but does that mean that I am not to get a decent customer service. It was my 1st time buying from them and needless to say it is going to be the last, such an unexpected service. All I asked was for some proper communication regarding the ring and all I got was rude replies.

   Bought a Watch last week from this store . Have to say the range in Tissot ,customer service and knowledge was excellent . Now onto the picky bits . I have never bought a watch before in my life so don't understand how the process works when buying them . Yes I did buy the watch very close to closing time after looking at other shops , However it felt rushed when it came to the purchasing of my new watch in the end . I was handed a " display " watch or a watch from the glass window . I felt the watch was taken from the glass window cuffs fixed and shoved in a box . No time fixed or date fixed and not cleaned up . Today is the 23rd 8.10pm . This is the watch i was given and the date and time now with finger marks on it . As I said customer service was excellent . Maybe could of been better in the end . £290 for a watch you would expect the correct time and cleaned up .

   We visited Chisholm Hunter today April 7th 2025 at the Silverburn Shopping Centre Glasgow with the purpose of purchasing a new watch I had in mind a brand that I had some interest in, we were met by Sophie the sales assistant who I must say was very welcoming and extremely professional! Sophie brought my choice to me but also brought a Raymond Veil watch that I had previously never considered, but I must say when Sophie started to explain the build quality of a Raymond Veil watch compared to other brands of watches we were greatly impressed with her extensive knowledge and the benefits in purchasing the RV watch even although it was more than double the price. The styling and and quality is superb, can I take this opportunity to thank Chisholm Hunter on the excellent training and knowledge that this young enthusiastic Sales Assistant had the service overall and also I must mention the Manager Holly who brought coffee and was very welcoming. Just as note I first purchased my wife’s Sapphire and Diamond eternity ring from Chisholm Hunter at the shop at Glasgow Cross (now long gone) 49 years ago! A ring greatly admired my many today. Thank You.

   We went into the Silverburn store and met Evelyn McCulloch who helped me pick a special diamond pendant necklace for my 50th birthday. Evelyn was amazing, very knowledgeable about diamonds, so helpful and the experience was brilliant. Olivia, her colleague modelled the pendants I liked, so I could see them on someone else and the manager Holly also chatted with us. Wonderful jewellers but the most amazing staff.

   Purchased a watch from silverburn branch and scratched the clasp, called in to order a new clasp was told we will call you with a price, two weeks later no call. Went in to branch to be told no one is trained to change the clasp so we cannot change it. I can change it myself, not even offered to go to another branch just we can’t do it. So spend £3000 pounds on a watch and they cant replace a part at my cost absolutely unbelievable!

   The whole team are really friendly at The Silverburn Branch. Shez was our salesperson. Such a patient and helpful lady. The ring that initially caught my eye was sold when I went to make the purchase with my daughter for her birthday. She helped us to whittle it down to another beautiful ring. We decided to put a deposit on it, to give some time to consider that it was the correct decision. On returning to pay and collect the ring, I noticed the original one was back in stock! Shez, yet again was so helpful and made the whole process, even with changing our minds such an easy and lovely experience. Ring ordered in the correct size, now collected and my daughter is absolutely delighted. The presentation throughout the time spent in the branch was flawlessly top quality. Thanks to all the welcoming staff, but I would highly recommend Shez to help anyone select their next jewellery piece. She is a wonderful, kind, caring human, who made us both feel we were really special customers. Thank you
