   My partner and I had the best experience with Diamond Heaven. We went in together to look for an engagement ring and were so well looked after. D’Arcy was amazing with us and helped us pick the most perfect ring. She took so much time going over things with us and let me try on so many options! She also gave us a brilliant discount compared to online so thank you! Would definitely recommend visiting this store - you won’t regret it :)

   My partner and I recently visited the Glasgow store to choose an engagement ring. We had a rough idea of what we were looking for and Deborah who helped us through the full process was absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful and attentive and you could tell she was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect ring. What really stood out was how intuitive she was, she could tell whether I liked the ring or not without me even having to say anything. When we went back to collect the finished ring she seemed genuinely happy for us which made the whole experience even more special. We are absolutely delighted with the ring and can't thank Deborah and the team for their outstanding service. Would highly recommend.

   I booked an appointment at Diamond Heaven Glasgow, and the experience was fantastic! The staff were so knowledgeable , they went through everything about diamonds with us, and we had plenty of time to try everything on. I bought my mum a diamond bracelet, and the quality is amazing. The team were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel really special. I highly recommend them!

   I live in France and bumped into this store randomly while travelling in Scotland as we were looking for a ring. The lady in the shop was super nice and tried to help us to find the right design and size. We did not end up finding the right size available in the shop but the quality of the rings really was amazing. After coming back home in France we ordered a ring online (which was even better as we could choose all the little details of the metal and stone ourselves to our taste). The ring arrived three weeks after and it’s so beautiful that we stayed very very happy. I also should note a very reasonable price - this was another decision factor for us to order it from Britain opposed to buying it in France. Thank you!

   From the moment I stepped into the Diamond Heaven store I had a fantastic experience and I genuinely feel very fortunate to have been served by Calli who helped guide me every step of the way from a complete novice to purchasing the exact ring I was looking for. Her knowledge was second to none and she explained everything in a very easily understandable, friendly and professional manner. When Calli managed to source the perfect ring (which was not an easy job!) it was obvious that she was genuinely as happy and excited as I was that she could help me, which I really appreciated and demonstrated how much she cared about helping me. If you are like me, a guy who wants to get engaged but haven’t the first clue where to start or who to turn to, look no further than Calli, she will help you, educate you and most of all genuinely care about ensuring you get the right ring within your budget.    I ordered my new diamond ring here a few weeks ago and received it yesterday. I visited the store on 3 or 4 separate occasions and the staff spent ages with me letting me see different shapes and styles of stones and mounts. I was not an easy customer because I changed my mind after choosing a solitaire and then they had to spend more time with me ordering in halo mounts for me to see! The staff were so helpful especially Skye, who spent a lot of time sourcing my centre stone and different mounts. I am absolutely thrilled to bits with my ring and feel very happy with the quality and price that I paid. I would not hesitate in recommending Diamond Heaven.

   5 Star ⭐️ I can not recommend it enough!! Calli and trainee Amy both couldn’t have done enough to make me and my Fiancé feel more welcome when I was choosing my ring. Calli was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to help me settle on which type was best for me. The ring it’s self is absolutely gorgeous. I think we will most likely return to get our wedding bands from here also. Thanks again girls!

   I bought both my engagement ring and sapphire necklace in Diamond Heaven Glasgow. It was amazing experience! There were a lot of choices in the shop, I believe every girl would find something they like in this shop! I would also thank Deborah for her fabulous service that day!
