   Today I went in at a bit of a loss to shop for a bracelet for a friend - and came across potentially one of the most friendly and superb sales assistants in retail. She took care of everything for me and I left with exactly what I was looking for. Already pointed out the amazing efforts of SARA to the store management (who were also very kind and receptive) - but this deserved a great review. Go Sara! They’re lucky to have you!! Won’t go to any other branch in future. Excellent efforts Pandora Braehead !

   Excellent customer service today 18/7/2024. I bought a ring back at Christmas time from the inverness store and the stone came lose and fell out, I went in to the Braehead store as I was down this way visiting family to see if it could be repaired. I showed my receipt and I was given an exchange straight away. The girls were very helpful and pleasant. A*. Thank you.

   Was in to exchange a present for a bigger size and Pick up some other presents and the girl who helped us bent over backwards to find what we were looking for and done so with a smile. Also very knowledgeable on the products she was selling which made a big difference.

   Bought a few items from here for my daughters birthday. Queuing system at front door which looked like it may take some time but it moved along quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful and encouraged me to register with Pandora online which gave me 20% of my purchase price.

   I took my 12 year old daughter into pandora today to get a charm bracelet and charms bit of a wait outside but well worth it to see the smile on my daughters face A young lady called Rachel served us and was so understanding and helpful really made my daughters day Rachel knew exactly what my daughter wanted and done everything to help and get her the right bracelet and the specific charms she wanted Great service from Rachel and quality products from pandora 10/10 from the mason family
