I came to this store to return a ring because it broke after 5 days of wearing it, the gem fell out ( the ring in question was one that was an exchange for the hellfire stranger things collab that was the last one and was very reluctantly exchanged and marked as a good will gesture even though it had also broke within a week). I came in with the original receipt and packaging, and travelled far as it was my closest store. The sales assistant was perfectly fine, looked at my receipt and said she would double check with her manager. I found the manager to be quite reluctant to give me money back, but when finally agreed to do so, said she couldn’t because the card number on the receipt didn’t match the card number on the card we used. She said there was nothing she could do. I was extremely disappointed as this was the second time I had a ring break in the space of a month. I then thought i’d chance my luck at another store, the one in St Enoch Centre. There, the manager was EXTREMELY helpful, a credit to pandora, and he instantly noticed that because I used Apple Pay as my original method of payment, that was the reason that the digits on the receipt didn’t match those of the physical card and put my return through easily. Overall, as a manager you’d think they would have the knowledge and I’d except them to know the ins and outs of this common transaction method (apple pay).

I placed an online order on Friday 28th November 2025 to take advantage of your Black Friday promotion. I ordered two charms along with other items. As these were unavailable for home delivery, I amended my full order to Click & Collect at Buchanan Galleries. Today, 04/12/25, I attended the store after receiving confirmation emails stating that my order was ready for collection. While the staff member who initially served me was friendly, she appeared extremely unsure and unconfident, repeatedly leaving me to search for items and consult other staff. This resulted in a prolonged and frustrating collection process. When she eventually began boxing my order, I noticed that the hoop earrings included were far smaller than what I had ordered. I questioned this several times and showed her the image from my confirmation email, which clearly displayed 44mm hoop earrings. Despite this, she repeatedly insisted the smaller earrings were correct and bizarrely suggested that the image simply made them look larger. While she left the counter again, I checked your website myself and immediately confirmed that the earrings being boxed were, in fact, 18mm hoops. This was further supported by the website suggesting the 18mm hoops as a “similar item” to the 44mm version I had actually purchased. Only when I showed her this did she appear confused and begin searching through a pile of opened jewellery bags. Shortly after this, I was then informed that one of the two charms I had ordered was not available at all. I explained that I had made a specific journey for this order and that this entirely defeats the purpose of Click & Collect. I also explained that I had placed this order specifically to benefit from the Black Friday savings and wished to select a suitable alternative at the same discounted price. A supervisor then attended and simply repeated that a refund was my only option. While I accept that a refund is the bare minimum for a fault on your side, I requested the opportunity to select an alternative charm of the same value at the Black Friday price I had originally paid. This request was declined. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was on lunch and that this outcome had already been approved by her. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, stressful, and completely avoidable. The Click & Collect failure, incorrect item handling, poor stock control, and lack of flexibility or customer care from the supervisor have significantly damaged my confidence in your brand. I will never again shop in this store and will tell all of my friends and family to shop elsewhere.

I was served today by Millie and Adele and they were both a delight to work with. I went into the shop seeking advice on a Pandora ring I had that lost a stone to see if I could get it repaired, they helped me source a purchase date and actually replaced the ring right on site. I’m a size 64 so there’s not always a lot of stock, but Millie went through to check most recent delivery to ensure I was seeing every option. Absolutely thrilled with my replacement ring, wasn’t expecting it at all! Such a lovely team & experience, especially during peak trading season! Thank you x

Not entirely happy with my trip to the store today I had to take a charm back they did change it to be fair but they also said one of my other charms is black as you can see from the picture it is not it is the silver tree one I had to play the consumer rights act 2015 card and I wonder if they would have changed it if I didn't know my stuff I will not be back they seemed to blame me for it

Just went to the store to check out the new rings. I approached a dark haired girl, who I seemed to be interrupting, for the rings I was interested in. She asked for my size, went to check and advised they didn’t have my size and that was it. No offering to help with something else. She just walked away. Last time I was there I was served by a lovely blonde girl who did a fine sales job and I walked away having spent over £100. I will take my business to another store now. Their loss of a sale is another stores gain.
