Genuinely fantastic service. From the moment I walked in the door with a technical issue, with my MacBook, every member of staff i met was so helpful and we got the issue resolved successfuly. Store mabager was also really good to deal with.

A tale of two sales associates. Last week I was in to upgrade my work phone and trade in. The service was fabulous. No request was too difficult. Got my trade in, bought my Christmas present and the young blonde sales associate was pleasant and informative. Returned today around the same time on Saturday to buy another Christmas present with trade in. Was asked by a lady with dreadlocks tied back, what colour I wanted. Before I could even tell her, she had told me that she was closing in 15 mins and she wouldn’t be able to do my trade in. She told me to come back another day and do the trade and in and just buy the phone today. Considering I know exactly how long the trade in takes I was super disappointed. It felt very much like it was I can’t be bothered, as I clock off soon and I just want you all to leave as soon as. I didn’t argue and left. I think considering the prices we pay for products and the effort I had made to get to the store in the heavy rain and Christmas crowds, she could have made more of an effort. I think she’s in the wrong industry if she believes this is good customer service. I couldn’t find anywhere on the website where the disclaimer tells customers if you come 15 mins before closing you cannot trade in. Poor show Apple.

I visited the store because there were white dots appearing inside my mobile screen. I first spoke to a staff member who completely ignored me and asked me to stand aside, saying someone else would come and assist me. I waited for 20 minutes, yet no one approached. I then went to the manager and explained that I had been waiting, while the staff were just standing around. The manager asked me to wait again, and when he finally came over, he raised his voice and said, “I have many customers; you are just one of them,” which felt extremely unprofessional. Another staff member checked my phone and confirmed there were spots inside the screen. I explained clearly that the issue is internal, not on the surface. He wiped it with an alcohol wipe and said the spots were gone. I mentioned that they reappear within seconds when I start using the phone and they did, just 10 seconds later. Yet I was told that because the diagnostic test did not show anything, they could not do anything else since the phone is “working fine.” The issue was not taken seriously, and I felt ignored rather than supported. This was a very disappointing experience, and the service did not meet the standards I expected.

Never come to Glasgow Apple Store - go third party instead, or take the train to Edinburgh. I'm thoroughly disturbed how unprofessional my experience here was. My iPhone 16 had a e-sim connectivity issue, and I came to this apple store as I suspected it was a hardware problem. In my first visit, the staff checked my devices and assured me it was not a hardware issue, but a network problem. After a week of back and forth from o2 and multiple sim cards, I had no other choice but to come once more. In my second visit to the same apple store after a week of no data, I arrived at 11:25am for my 11:20am appointment, and was told that now my appointment was now canceled because I was 5 minutes late. I was told to wait 1hr for the next slot, and then I was NOW told it was a hardware issue. I gave my phone in for repair. At 3:00pm, I had arrived slightly earlier to pick up my phone, and then I was told that I was too early and that I should come back (again, I was 10 min or so earlier). Then I waited around for 10 minutes, and notified them again, and was told to remain seated as someone would come. Someone came 45 minutes afterwards, as the staff had forgotten to put in the system that I had arrived. The staff here are completely unprofessional and lacks respect for customers, and have wasted my sunday completely, as well as their screw up caused me a week of no data. Will never come to this branch again...

Excellent experience here today thanks to Nathan who was incredibly helpful and kind; the whole process of buying a new iPad was seamless thanks to his help. I’m not a massive fan of big, busy stores like this but would definitely visit again thanks to the great service he provided today ☺️

Completely and utterly useless - spent hours trying to get through on the phone to get a VAT Invoice which they failed to send for a recent company purchase to no avail. For a company that sells phones they certainly seem to struggle to be able to work one when it rings. My advice to business customers is to purchase equipment from another Apple store; waste of time - probably all on strike.

I am just shocked by the poor customer care of Apple. I bought a device for my business and went to collect it at Glasgow Apple Store, they did an internal process to open a business account, and there it messed up. VAT documents needed never arrived, and it is impossible to get them sorted by online customer care. They call, the line drops down every time, and they never call back. If you want to work with businesses, you have to take care of the accounting side; you cannot just sell and ignore your customers. One star is even too much.

My husband and I were attended to today by Mia. She was extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my new iPhone was set up for me even although her shift was about to end. We were very impressed with the service and advice she gave us.

Could not fault it. The service was fantastic. Given an appointment of my choice later on the same day (could have been 30 minutes later if had suited me). Attended to promptly at appointment, everything clearly explained and problem fixed - within 25 minutes.
