Cracking job. Ive had two tattoos done in there and very pleased with the service. Currently in the process of the free laser treatment they offer if you get a tattoo with them to cover it. Always very friendly staff, cant recommend high enough
My tattoo was personal and a 1 off, Paul from reception was very helpful in fresh ideas before I spoke to a artist, Emma was my artist and on the day had lots of ideas to make it better, highly recommended the full team, professional and punctual.
Got my first tattoo at the Final Fantasy event today. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My artist, Amy made it a very positive experience and I'm so pleased with how the tattoo turned out.
Second time at this studio for my son's first tattoo for his 21st birthday (i got a matching one). Emily was our artist, and she is amazing. Very professional, extremely talented but also super friendly and lovely just to chat to, her shading style is a perfect finish to her designs. Rhys and Paul on the front desk were very friendly as well, informative and welcoming. The fact they do walk in days, on a Sunday, is unheard of in the tattoo community. Gives people, with varied interests, the chance to get some art, without ha king to wait months for an appointment. Would, absolutely, recommend coming here if you're looking for some new ink. 5* for sure.
Had a tattoo done here last year and it was a brilliant tattoo, great artist and very talented. Communication from the company back then was bad however due to online booking I was able to book it myself. However, a few months later I bought some vouchers on Black Friday sale. Costing £760. Originally the vouchers arrived over a month late. After going in to the shop to book I was told they don’t accept them in store and that I HAD to email a specific voucher email in order to redeem them. I had all my emails constantly ignored and can only assume that this email address served it purpose by being able to ignore anyone that bought vouchers. Recently the shop has went viral on social media and the news regarding very poor hygiene standards and very poor treatment of both staff and customers by management. This was the final straw for me, poor customer service I can just about cope with, no customer service at all and then being exposed on social media and the news, sorry I’m out. I would like to reiterate that the tattoo artists working within this company are very talented, however the company it’s self is beyond horrendous and can only be seen as a scam. I would not recommend having any dealing with this company, and will actively encourage my friends and family to take their money elsewhere. 0/5 stars!
First time having a tattoo done under Rock'n'Roll. Staff where very pleasant and welcoming when I arrived. My artist Stefan was absolutely brilliant. Took loads of time with me before starting to get the design right. The fact that he also got it all done in one sitting was more than I could ask for. Will definitely be back and hopefully get another tattoo done Stefan again.
Awesome customer service. Daniel was very professional and his ideas for my tattoo were brilliant. I went to him asking for something similar with the tattoo on the left picture and I told him to be creative and to make it cooler. The result can be seen on the second picture. I'm more than happy with his work. Highly recommend, Thank you!
I had originally purchased a design during the DC virtual walk in day however when i booked the artist was no longer available. I was offered a different artist, Adam, to do the tattoo. He redesigned it to better suit his style and in my opinion went above and beyond. He did an amazing job, 3 weeks later it has been healing nicely and the colours are just as vibrant as when initially done. Front shop staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this shop and I would definitely return to Adam for a future tattoo. Day after photo and more recent photo.
