I had been searching for Puma Catspeed ballet shoes in other sports shops and finally found them here. The staff were so friendly and helpful!
I bought two pairs of boots, but the staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming throughout the entire shopping experience. Whenever I asked for help or a different size, they frowned at me and ignored my questions. As an international student here, this was an incredibly upsetting experience (I wish it was not because of my hair and skin color). I deeply regret shopping here and not leaving immediately. Even as I was leaving and thanked them, they frowned again and didn’t respond. Without a doubt, I will never shop at this store again.
I visited this shoe store on Boxing Day and bought two pairs of boots. Unfortunately, the staff were incredibly unhelpful. They wouldn’t respond when I asked questions and just stared blankly as if they were completely disengaged. It genuinely felt like they had a problem with me. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional the staff were—it’s shocking for a store to have such poor service. Definitely not a pleasant shopping experience.
I feel sorry for the staff working in this store with the ignorant store manager 'Brandon'' (dont know his surname staff unwilling to give it). The girl helping me, asked for his help with a gift receipt. He was clearly uninterested and unwilling to help walking from the desk saying 'whatever' like a petulant child in a huff. Unbelievable behaviour from a so called manager. Try leading your team with better examples of customer service Brandon, it's really not that difficult. Thanks to the girl who tried to help, but I ended up buying the boots (with a gift receipt) from the friendly staff at Schuh.
First of all why office shop is closed at 17-45? On google you should work till 18-30. Second, why you moved to different place? I came to collect my parcel and i walked 20 min by looking for new office shop! Waste of time! I really disappointed!
Staff were very helpful, offered to order me what I was after, said it would be here for Tuesday. Would have gave 5 stars but they didn't stock the black jadon doc martens I was after in paton.
I wasn't impressed. Same shoes you can get in any other shoe retailer. Service staff uninterested in answering any questions
Now do love this store its not a office supply shop its a footwear store. The store displays are clear and windows always clean. great range shoes, trainers, boots on display. sometimes the store really busy better to check it out few times if you cant be bother waiting to be served. the image taken in Sept. great prices good staff great service
Staff was trying to push us a pair of scuffed shoes from display claiming they were fresh out the box. We asked for a new pair not from display but from the box. The cheek
