Everyone walking around, no one serving. Walked out after 5 minutes at the till after they took the shoes I was going to buy off me to put behind for safe keeping. They’re so safe they won’t even be leaving the store.

I only go into this type of shop to buy my sons birthday and Christmas gifts. It is a beautifully modern, well lit, trendy store. Nice staff...found me what I was looking for,and did a .com order for me too.

Excellent customer service from Fabio! I had an issue with a gift card and Fabio was brilliant at getting it resolved for me when online customer service could not! He never once tried to fob me off to someone else or put the blame on someone else, he just found a fix and sorted it! He is an absolute credit to Nike

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at the Nike Glasgow store. As a regular customer, I had reserved a pair of trainers the day before, with confirmation that they would be held for me. However, when I arrived, the ground floor manager refused to sell them, saying they were for someone else. Not only was my reservation disregarded after I had travelled specifically to collect them, but there was also no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Very poor customer service — I had expected better from Nike.

Buchanan gallery outlet is the worst among all. I had a terrible experience here. The staff is exceedingly rude. Almost good designs are out of stock. They won't let you try more than two shoes. I'd prefer to go to G64 or G74 next time.

Very poor customer service. Stood for what was too long holding running trainers from the display which I wanted to try on. Sales staff a few yards away chatting to each other. When I called one over they looked pretty disinterested and couldn't tell me anything about the trainers, what set the different styles apart or what kind of support they provide for running. Wasn't asking anything technical, I just wanted to know more about the product. God knows what kind of training staff get, but the person who served me certainly hadn't gone out their way to educate themselves on what they are there to sell. I apologise if they were new, but I got the feeling the disinterest in customer needs is endemic across the store. Once I decided what pair to go for, to top off a pretty disappointing experience, I was nearly given the wrong pair of shoes when they were placed behind the till. I feel for anyone working in customer service and sales, but Nike is huge brand and products are NOT cheap so it's not great when you walk out the store thinking, 'I hope I've bought the right thing' when you've parted with your own cash. This was such a different experience to when I was in the store some 8/9 years ago, again for road running shoes. The person who served me couldn't have been more helpful and the trainers I was sold were fantastic which is why I wanted to go back. Please improve your customer care, systems and product knowledge among staff.

Ground floor is all female items, 1st floor male items. A few are unisex on both floors. No heavy sell here. Some nice original architectural features exposed. Worth a visit.

Great selection on everything probably the best sports shop in the city the thing that makes it for me though, is the staff all brilliant helpful and friendly. I went down to change over trainers bought from Nike online that were too big for me and from the minute I walked in, warmly welcomed explained and it was sorted from a really nice young lad who directed me upstairs where I was welcomed by another friendly young chap who promptly went and got another pair for me to try on, sorted! This level of customer service is what brings people back, some shops in town you feel like a hindrance on the staffs day, not here, also I had a look around and the selection of everything is awesome! Looking forward to going back on Saturday for the new Brazil top and a new tracksuit for the gym! Just do it, indeed!

I like this shop and I've gotten a few shoes from Nike and liked them. I think they layout is pretty unique and interested vs a standard sport/shop. My only complaints is how getting assistance is because of how staff having their own "till" and wonder around. It's great when you're being served but what ends up happening is you wait until they're done with 1 customer and then they jump to another even if they came in while you've been waiting 5 minutes.
