Such a bad costumer service, I went buying a necklace for my cousin and I was with a friend. The woman at the counter was looking at my friend and talking to her instead of me (AND I WAS THE ONE BUYING IT). Try to educate you works instead of just give them jobs. Never again.
Hubby bought me a lovely ring,unfortunately I thought the stone was slightly small,contacted the store and asked if I could upgrade it,as I had it for almost 3 weeks and never been worn,girl in the shop so helpful,says bring it in n we'll check it,if everything is OK then there's no problem, so hubby paid an extra £850,and just like that I had a new better ring, Thanks Ladies in Warren James,Centre St Enoch
I had an issue with a necklace I had purchased on the Warren James website and the women in the shop were extremely helpful and sorted it there and then. Really great service and very happy to help.
DO NOT SHOP HERE, absolute SCAMMERS. Told my fiancé if the ring he was buying for me didn’t fit they would change it for my size no problem, ring was one size too big so we went in. As soon as we said we wanted the smaller size down she said well it’s 8 weeks to get it resized and we don’t have the size you need to do an exchange. Keep in mind the day before they said they had plenty in the smaller size down . Then she said to go to a private jewellers to get it resized and it’ll cost me £40 which is a pisstake when we just spent £700 on it! If my fiance was told this when purchasing he wouldn’t have bought it! Absolutely ridiculous
Good service when buying. Quick to make their sale, however upon returning a tennis bracelet which had broken due to the clasp breaking after I’d had great difficulty in actually using, accused me of breaking it and tried to really get out of just giving me a simple refund. I take impeccable care of my jewellery, and have another tennis bracelet which I’ve worn every day almost, for about 6 months and the clasp is in a perfect, working order. Very flimsy material used by Warren James and the staff at the St. Enoch branch could really do with a refresher in customer service!
When I was returning an item the women was giving me a lot of attitude as I was only asking questions, the customer service was not as good as it could’ve been! I am very disappointed this has happened twice now!
I was amazed by the customer service offered by Shauwn, he was wearing a lab coat and working but he didn't hesitate to help me and gave me great advice. Best experience ever in a jewellery.
Hi folks, this jewelers is really good, I've been to and bought a few things from both the Glasgow and Paisley shops. The items are so nice, some cheap some expensive but trust me worth it. Even if you're looking for a wee minding or something more meaningful, go In even for a look. Both myself and my daughter love the jewellery I've bought. Happy shopping.
Visited this Warren James store twice now. In comparison to other branches I haven't been impressed with their customer service. Last week with my husband the lady serving us seemed like she couldn't really be bothered. When I visited wjth my friend a couple months ago to look into a ring resizing for her - the staff were just plain rude, treated us as though we had made some ridiculous request and contradicted absolutely everything they had told her fiance regarding returns or resizing when he bought the ring.
Love buying jewellry gifts here this is an amazing place especially if you want to save on wedding rings etc. I got two beautiful necklaces for my daughters as they love wearing silver jewellry and also got them a ring as well saved over £100.00 got them all gift boxed and gift bagged fir a little bit extra money. Very happy with service staff are always polite friendly and helpful.
