Absolutely digusted by the way that my partner was treated by Customer service and the claims team. Went to get my wedding ring looked at but falkirk store had shut to find out the nearest one was Livingston. Which is a long journey away from where i stay. Which my partner phone to just be told that my ring cannot be fixed. So she told him to phone customer service. To which nothing was done Was giving another number to phone then they automatically hanged up so we phoned the claim place the other number that was giving just to be treated the very exact same way. Absolutely rude people wouldn't listen to a word we had to say but there not long taking your money plus the cost off the cover you pay aswell to protect your items that you have purchased. Wont be shopping with H Samuels Again. So people be aware when taking cover out on your items. As they mislead you into buying it. Also it states that the shop is open despite its has shut down......
