I had a beautiful, bespoke engagement and wedding ring made by The Ringmaker, Glasgow. The entire experience was lovely, the service and quality was exceptional and we won't hesitate to use them in the future.
Many years ago, I met the owner of The Ringmaker, John Gilchrist, and he subsequently made a bespoke ring for my wife. He said that at any time in the future a stone could be mounted in the ring. A couple of years ago, a diamond was indeed mounted in the ring. Valerie and other members of John's team could not have more helpful in advising and designing the upgrade. Recently we again contacted the team to commission a replica ring, this time with an Aquamarine stone for our daughter's special birthday. Once again, the service was impeccable. Price is way off the mark. good customer service from employees during a personal consultation but the price that was proposed for a bespoke engagement ring was way above market rates. I had the impression the saleswomen didn't take me seriously and the non-negotiable price was comical. I have since gone elsewhere. Really disappointing

My go to place for presents for my wife! The Glasgow staff are lovely, and have been incredibly helpful designing my wife's and my wedding rings, and matching pendants and earrings for her. The guys are so friendly, and the jewellery is stunning.
