Terrible customer service would give it zero stars of I could. Pay no attention to posted opening times as they do not adhere to them and refuse entry 15 minutes prior to closing time. Staff have a poor attitude and are abrupt, DO NOT SHOP HERE IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU. Would definitely not recommend this branch avoid if possible!
I went in today with what I thought would be a strange query. I was served by Chelsea who gave me five star service! They were able to answer all my questions and more. The store was spotless and everyone had a smile on their face. I am so glad I popped in and cannot wait for my pandora collection to grow
I honestly don't even know what to say I felt so overwhelmed and it takes me alot to feel like This I was in store today and I have never felt so much sales pushed on me ever I only stepped foot in the shop and felt like I didn't even have a minute to look. I had a special moment with my little girl engraving a charm and honestly didn't feel like a nice Moment was honestly a really bad experience. Sales sales sales ( and I've worked In alot of sales think you need to train. Your staff to be approachable at first then sell It's really put me off going in.
Needed a gift for my wife and she loves her Pandora bracelet, staff were so helpful and friendly.

The young girl who help me was first class out shopping for Xmas present and she was nothing short off fantastic well mannered polite and a real great to your shop in glasgow fort wish all staff in shops were as pleasant as this young girl
Fantastic customer service, my bracelet had broke and I went in to see if it could be repaired. It couldn't be repaired and with no quibbles or question they replaced it with a brand new one. I've bought a lot of pandora and with service like this I'll never hesitate to buy in the future x
