    I went to Moriconi in St Enoch Square today. Three customers were being served so I went for a browse, came back and the same staff were talking with the same three customers. There was a staff member standing in the store who looked at me several times while I waited, but didn't approach or speak to me during that time. I left the store and she continued to look at me, watching me walk out. Complete lack of customer service to stand and watch a customer wait to be served then leave the store without saying a word. I won't be back.

    Was very disappointed with the service, went in to purchase a nomination bracelet, felt as if I was looked down upon, as I had been in my work clothes... never judge as they say! So lost the sale.. went elsewhere!!

    Always have to visit this shop every time I am down in Glasgow. Always made to feel welcome and staff never push for a sale. End up purchasing more than I intend to but their jewellery is worth every penny.
