   Ordered new child seat for car. Arrived 2 days early, store phoned to advise it was ready for collection. Popped down, very helpful staff retrieved my order, completed documentation and checked if I need help fir fitting which I didn't. Great service from Halfords Dumbarton staff.

   I got roof bars fitted here a few months ago, I’ve been out of country they started rattling the first week, so I took them off one of the screws where bent/snapped, cool took it back Halfords wouldn’t do anything can’t take the screws off as don’t have the tool because one of the employees didn’t put the tool back in the box, so my car is without protection from the elements at the top of my car as there is still gaps where the mold fitters go, and also he has broken 3 out of my 4 mold protecters from the roof as I tried putting them back on but all clips are snapped, so I have no roof bars that work also roof is unprotected all a waste of money and I’m worse off, if you get roof bars fit them yourself.

   absolutely amazing staff here !! Specifically Julie who was an absolute wizard!! i had some markings on my car and she came out, individually looked at each of them. She gave me a little sample of a product to test and then after narrowing it down, got me the exact product to get rid of it and it worked wonders! Now I don't have to pay silly amounts of money for no reason! :) If the manager/review team are looking at this review, please note that Julie is absolutely incredible and a real gem in your team!!

   Staff are excellent in this store. They really go above and beyond to assist with customer support. Special thanks to Billy on 27/2/23 who retrieved my headlamp cover with a pair of grabbers from the bottom of my engine when dropped it. Also the colleague last year who fitted my roof bars and roof box was first class. Superb work ethic.
