Lovely staff and quickly repaired my missing window washer pump cheaper than other local garages.
Never had any issues with this garage in fact when I last put my car in for repair the mechanic explained it could be a few issues causing the front end rattle from worst to best (cheapest)and once looked at and stripped down to my surprise it was the cheapest issue and the new part was fitted very good service and a reasonable price. I was kept informed by phone which was ideal and very friendly
Completed an unauthorised repair on my car and charged me £50 labour for the removal of the part I asked them to replace my windscreen wiper motor, and they bought a new part for £300; second hand parts sold online for around £25. Despite asking several times for a quote on the price of the job, they did the work anyway. They called back to tell me the work was done, but I said that I didn’t agree to it. I was asked to pay £379 for the job, which was too way too high They tried to rope me into their payment plan to pay for the work, but I refused and asked them to remove the part. I was told I’d need to pay for the ‘work’ The staff were hostile and unwilling to accept responsibility. I advise anyone to look elsewhere- this is not a professional business

Needed an MOT done. They only have drop it off and we will get round to it some time today appointments. MOT as you wait can’t be done here!
We took our car in for an MOT and from the start of the drop off we were met with rude service. The guy we dropped out car off with seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else but having to deal with us. When we then got call to advise what needing fixing the lady on the phone was so rude, saying that everything they priced us for was needed for MOT. We had no issue with cost as if its needed then it's needed. More at the way they feel they can talk to customers who chose them. We then asked for a CB to see if we could get car fixed that day as needed car for work. When we were forced to CB after no-one called us we were again greeted with a rude person on the phone talking down to us. We have used Marshalls for a couple of years but after this experience we will not be back. Out of all the things we all need to deal with in our daily lives, I cannot abide rude people and bad customer service.
Fast, friendly and good value , 4th MOT at this garage, last time neede brakepads & new front tyres, this time fault with handbrake , real happy with price and service. Would recommend to all
