Had the wheels of my MK2 MX5 powdercoated recently and they did a fantastic job. Staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Would highly recommend and I'll be back there first for any additional work I need done - hopefully not too soon :-)
They've done good mechanical work for me in the past but the overall service is really poor. As well as never phoning you back when they say they will, I recently tried to arrange a quote for a body repair which never came. I visited HBR to find out if it was ready after a week of waiting, to which I was told they go through thousands of quotes and that's just how it is and I'll have to wait. I never even told the lady at the desk what quote I was referring to so I feel someone had forgot and the person at the front desk just made something up on the spot. She claimed I was trying to shoot the messenger when I was just trying to understand what was going on. This place isn't cheap so I'm reluctant to go back when this is how they operate.
Fantastic service from this company. Been using them for as long as I can remember. Always there to help and give advice and the work they do is fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for work on their vehicles.

Brilliant service and brilliant team. I had my alloys powder coated too stop slow punctures and they look as good as new. Highly recommend them.
I have used HBR for a number of things over the years but I have used them for powdercoating my alloys and they recently done my car again and it was a 10 out of 10 job. Patrick dealt with me and was super professional and contacted me as soon as the car was ready to collect great staff great prices great service highly recommend.
Grandsons ford fiesta was in for 2 buckled wheel repair and powder coating of the wheels.On inspection it was found to have a third buckled wheel.Staff member contacted me to let me know and give the go ahead for repair.My experience with HBR positive and job and price fair.Thanks to all involved i have one delighted grandson.
