   Extremely disappointed with Sofology. They were quick to take thousands of pounds from me, but when it came to delivery and communication, the service has been abysmal. My order was placed in July, and despite countless phone calls, mixed messages, and broken promises, I still don’t have the sofa I paid for. Sofology admitted their mistake, promised to deliver the incorrect sofa in the meantime, then completely changed their story without explanation. Every time I’ve asked for clarity, I’ve been ignored or given contradictory information. It’s unacceptable that a national company treats customers this way. I am now considering taking this case to the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman. Hopefully this review reaches someone senior enough within Sofology who cares enough to put things right.

   Helpful sales staff who left us alone enough to discuss things but gave advice when needed. Honest about waiting times for sofa delivery. Will need to wait and see what the sofa quality is like, but the actual store was good.

   Disgusting customer service. Ordered a sofa in September and was told it would be a 3 to 6 week delivery. The date has been pushed back multiple times, after it was pushed back again to the 12th December I spoke to an advisor via the phone who assured me that she would make sure our order was available by the 12th and if not she would call and speak to us. Yesterday came and went and now the date has been changed to 15th January after being guaranteed Christmas delivery. Now tried to call customer services and during a conversation the advisor hung up because I wasn't happy with the generic answer of "the date it shows will be the latest date". Until you change it again?! She hung up. Never ordering with sofology again and would never recommend them to anyone.

   Had sofas from here before. Very nice quality and style. Good value. Intrest free payment available. Returned and bought a new sofa. Great, helpful and not pushing staff. Loads of space and selection in store.

   Visited your Paisley Store on the 8.10.22 and was greeted by your store assistant Rachel Fraser. The customer service I experienced from this young lady was absolutely fantastic! She was knowledgeable, friendly, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. She followed up by email my requirements after I’d left the store. This has resulted in me returning to your store the following day to make my purchase. This young lady is a definite assist to your company.

   So I expected a 4 seater and iv been left with this to be told the other end has been lost!!the store tell you one thing customer service tells you another and the courier they use doesnt even have a record, i have had the worst customer service experience and would not recommend this shop. I have paid cash and at present I'm still sitting with half a couch whilst this company have all my money. I wouldnt trust paying cash again at least with finance you can cancel the payments when you havnt received the goods

   Went in to look for a new sofa and the salesman couldn't have been more helpful. We had strict dimensions to work with and he found us the perfect sofa. No sales pitch as the don't work on commission. The sofa was delivered in 5 weeks as promised. Couldn't be happier!
