    I ordered a sofa in September with the clear promise of delivery in time for Christmas. Since then, it has been nothing but delays, broken promises, and misinformation. Multiple delivery incorrect updates were given and then changed, leaving me constantly waiting with no resolution. Communication has been frustrating at best. The store cannot be reached directly by phone, and the process of going through the call centre, requesting a branch callback (which takes 72 hours), and then being told to wait further is completely unacceptable. The online chat function is never available, adding to the frustration. Worse still, after being promised a delivery date and disposing of our old sofa accordingly, the wrong sofa arrived on the wrong day. When I complained, the response was simply to β€œwait some more.” Attempts to cancel were met with threats of charges, leaving me feeling forced to continue. I have now cancelled the order, yet management refuses any compensation. As a result, we are left without a sofa over Christmas and New Year. The service has been appalling, disorganized, and extremely stressful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    I was going through troubling times when the sales assistant named Madison helped me pick a comforting and beautiful sofa. I don't know where I would be today without her help. Please give that lady a MASSIVE raise!

    Fantastic service, nipped in on my lunch and I very poorly/vaguely attempted to describe the sofa I saw online (I couldn’t remember its name) the sales assistant Bobby knew exactly what one I was talking about and was so knowledgable he really listened to my problems with previous sofas and gave me options and recommendations. Great service polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful!

    Although the sales staff are reasonable, I got unacceptable service I received today during the recent delivery of my DFS sofa. Your delivery team refused to wear shoe coverings despite my new carpet having only been laid the day before and I aim to use for daily prayers also. I laid down a protective offcut to minimise damage, but even that was torn during the delivery. Worse still, they caused three large scrapes to my freshly painted walls while manoeuvring the sofa β€” and then took no ownership whatsoever, instead claiming the marks were β€œalready there.” The lack of care and blatant denial is completely unacceptable. As it stands, I now have: β€’ A ripped carpet β€’ Damaged walls β€’ No apology or accountability This experience has been appalling from start to finish, with zero respect shown for my home or basic customer care. I trusted DFS and your delivery service, and that trust has been severely damaged. I expect an immediate investigation, a formal apology, and full compensation for the damage caused. I look forward to your prompt response.

    Called today DSF Paisley in relation to ordering a base cushion for a sofa purchased a few years ago .the lady Carla was amazing not only did she find my purchase order reference but was very patient with me and resolved the issue of re ordering without me having to visit store .Such an amazing professional warm way to be on a call . Thank you !

    Been here twice within a few weeks time. Service is utter garbage. The team is concerned about their chit chat instead of approaching the customer and offering help and advice. The second visit resulted in the sales guy once they made an effort to start being pushy about expensive leather options, instead of listening to what we were looking for...dire!!!

    This is the zinc corner sofa. Take a look on the website and see if you can recognise this absolute dogs dinner that I have been sent. The cushions are all over stuffed and mis-shapen. I've asked repeatedly to have the backrest cushions replaced and I keep getting told there's nothing wrong with them. Organising the delivery turned into a fiasco as well.
