Called this morning as I need a replacement knob for my hob and John who answered was very helpful indeed , he traced back to when I got the kitchen and knew exactly what I needed , he said leave it with me & in less than 2 hours he called back to say I can collect the part in 2 days . First class service , thank you John .
I've used the Paisley branch about 5 years ago and they were great, customer service was excellent and pricing a little better than Wren. A month or so ago we went to Wren first and designed what we needed, got a price approx 16k and then approached Howdens. Spoke on the phone and emailed the design expecting a response, nothing. Chased a few days later and was given lip service that it was being priced. We were on a bit of a time squeeze and I asked if it could be looked at within a few days which was agreed. I chased this once more a day or two later. No response since then, no calls or emails. Quite disappointed to be honest after such a great experience previously. To be fair to whoever I spoke either, there was a tone on the three or so calls I had, they must have reached their targets that month. Not what we expected.
I would like to thank the staff for going above and beyond in obtaining spare parts for my 6 year old mixer tap. It was very refreshing to be provided with their excellent assistance.
I was in for the first time in a couple of years...very impressed with their Paisley branch now. Extensive Renovations, and the redesign has been very successful. The location is now far more fitting for a company such as Howdens... Superb Quality. And it's the only place I buy units, no matter the project.

I don’t really do reviews but on this occasion felt I must. I would like to thank Amanda, in howdens paisley for her outstanding service and advice on the planning of my kitchen. This young lady certainly knows her job. She listened to our needs and also answered any questions changes ect in a timely manner. I would also like to thank the delivery drivers who were very considerate when bringing the items into my home . A big thank you to howdens paisley..

The young man in the showroom was so helpful. Brought me splash back and door samples to view from stock as these were not on display. Nothing was a bother. His attitude was so refreshing!
