Really bad customer service. I bought an item from Screwfix online and 10 days later I'm still waiting for the item to be delivered.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and really took the time to assist me with what I needed. They offered professional advice and suggested a range of different alternatives, which made it so much easier to find the right solution. Order was lost or gave away in error to another customer the staff were pretty adamant I picked it up and even appeared to have an attitude over this issue as if this was my fault the order was lost or gave away. I will be using tool station from now on.

If you want to be treated as an inconvenience while you spend your money then knock yourself out ! I don't so I won't be back. A simple request at the start of my transaction was ' can I have a VAT receipt with my purchase please. Totally ignored and then when I had the nerve to point out that I didn't get one not only did it take 3 people to sort one for me each of them looked at me as if I was asking for the koh- i-noor !!! This is basic customer service people come on !!?
The service is 1 t 1 customer support. Everytime I shop there they are amazing. They are as cheap as other DIY stores and sometimes cheaper. I would even pay a little more as their returns policy is clear and they hold a record ird of your purchase. 100% for this organisation
