All the staff were amazing. I did not feel under pressure and their knowledge is outstanding. Will definitely return.
I had the worst experience today at boots. Me and my husband went there as he wanted to gift me perfume for our anniversary. I had my newborn baby with me. I entered and headed to the tester counter to try a perfume when a lady from staff approached us and asked us if we need some help. I politely told her that i wanted to try this perfume and looking around. Somehow the guard from the door came and stood right behind us. That lady said nothing and stood right there and stared at our faces. And they both stood there and watched us like we gonna steal that locked tester and run while carrying the baby. I felt so uncomfortable and frustrated that I left the store and didn’t want to buy anything. Even when we got out of the store the lady was still looking at us weirdly. I couldn’t understand if it was racist or why she did what she did. My mood was so bad at this point that I came home without doing any shopping while it was too hard to go for shopping in first place with the baby. I don’t think I’ll ever return to that store.
Always have a fantastic experience in here! Always go above and beyond, customer service is exceptional! Findlay at Dior is amazing, helped us so much when we didn’t know what we were wanting, very knowledgeable! And drew and Jean at boots counter was amazing helping me with my transaction! Can’t fault this store at all!
Louise at Clinique was absolutely lovely! Helped me out at finding my perfect concealer shade, put no pressure on me to buy it straight away. Great service! I will be back, thanks again Louise!
My 89 year old friend and I visited Boots Braehead Perfumery on Monday Morning June 30. We had very friendly and helpful and professional customer service for your staff on the make up counter. My 89 old friend got the perfumes and lipgloss she looked and very pleased with them and she impressed by the staff's customer service. I didn't get all their names two were Ashley and Lauren and Collette they were very professional with Customer Service and nice with it. Thank You Boots Braehead for your excellent customer service James Maclean.
Was greeted by the lovely Eilidh ,asked if I needed help with anything I said not just now and she left me alone till I was ready which I love because sometimes when you go into a store the staff don't give you peace to look around unlike Eilidh who was so friendly and helpful when I needed it,brilliant customer service, I ended up buying chanel allure body lotion, and Eilidh took my email for further deals and also got a couple of free samples too,will definitely go back to this store,
Had my make up done today by Kavita in breahead boots store. Excellent customer service, loved my make up and to top it off pointed me in the right direction of the best make up products for my skin and how to apply everything. Thank you. Very happy with my experience, will definitely be back.
Absolutely terrible attitude from staff and manager at Boots Braehead. Adverts clearly state ‘Baby Event 15% off when you spend £30 or more on selected products’. I picked up Mam bottle set and pack of bibs and when I enquired at the desk after items came up full price I was told no it’ll only be on selected products (no offer to check). I purchased the items at full price then checked on Boots website where the 2 items are clearly included in the offer and it states “in store and online”. I went back to the store once again and the staff member came across as inconvenienced and stated it would be an online only offer. I showed her where it said “in store and online” and she called a manager who was equally unwelcoming verging on rude. She also tried to tell me the offer was online only but after further discussion went to “check the ticket”. She came back and did not even bother to acknowledge me, just said to her colleague, “it’s on selected items but just do it”. This made me feel as though I was asking for something I was not entitled to despite all Boots T&Cs stating they were in the wrong. In the end I still didn’t get the 15% off the bibs as the member of staff stated I shouldn’t be getting it off the bottles either. No apology, no polite demeanour, no empathy, just unnecessarily rude and clearly fed up.
I think this must be perhaps one of the busiest stores in Braehead. In my experience the staff are very helpful, and in the Pharmacy in particular. However the customer in front of me at the counter took exception to the Pharmacist being so “nosey “ when asked about other medication. I guess you can’t please everyone. Optician staff also helpful, and thorough update when the glasses arrive. SPECIAL mention today 7March Shona on the tills near the door. No queue I arrive with about £15 purchases. My Advantage Card would not work for her. No matter scan type numbers scan nothing worked. Queue building, a supervisor arrived and still the card/till point would not work. Respect to them both, we moved to another till and the Supervisor did fix the problem, and Shona returned to help there’s clear the queue. Thank you both.
Boots is an Icon of British shopping, you see them everywhere and they don't have much competition in the High street. This one in Braehead shopping centre sells all the usual Boots items, with of course a pharmacy, an optician , their large make up and beauty department and their medicinal products.
