    Should be no stars, but no option for that. Please don't expect any customer service at this store. I was denied using my employer's trade card here, even though we've used it at other Screwfix stores. The assistant then told me that Screwfix was part of a different group, The Kinfisher Group. Which is the parent company of our trade card! No biggie, take details for my personal or either of two self-employed accounts and I'll use that. Nope, there are no accounts with that name or postcode, to which I say " You're not having a good day with your systems" and assistant says" No, YOU'RE not having a good day". Pardon? I'm not the one who doesn't know much about my company or how to access customer accounts. He then makes backhanded remarks about this to another customer as I'm leaving. I'll go to my local Screwfix where I've always had excellent service, or maybe I should just use a competitor.

    GREAT SELECTION, GREAT STAFF This place has never let me down in terms of service or price. I was in yesterday for some sealant and, due to the current national pothole problem we are experiencing, jokingly enquired if they had any pothole filler. Have to say I was quite amazed to be shown several different types of it! I was also told that it was very popular item with customers. ( Maybe the local council could get their trade card!).

    Generally carries good stock but sometimes you need to wait a day or so. The one down side is having to drive in through the road system which is a pain in the butt..

    Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was good. Well stocked and if tgey don't have what your looking for they will usually get it next day for you. Prices are very good cheaper than B&Q.
