Just left the store. Was assisted by Denise and James in the wallpaper section and have to say they are a credit to your company, extremely helpful and did not rush me, checking on other customers along the way and radioing for further help within the section. Huge well done. Thanks
Excellent store. Unfortunately kitchen couldn’t be installed due to health issues. Kitchen is now in and is great. Whole experience of designing the kitchen, receiving it and customer service has been impeccable. David G from the kitchen team has been a star and has just provided a great service and been very approachable.
I dropped a star because the coffee shop is gone. A shop that has a sign saying use the pick and mix and fill the bag with as much as you want as long as it seals for screws and bolts at a fraction of the price of the set out packets and staff that know their stuff and can give advice is a win in my book.
Great store and usually staff are great.. but not today .I brought an item back but had lost the reciept i called the store to check their policy on what to do ..was told i could return it and would be given a credit note fine ..until i brought it back today . The woman i got her attitude was terrible felt as if i was being told off for not having reciept quite ubrupt .. eventually got credit note ..no please thank you ..her customer service was terrible
I was looking for flooring for my kitchen and I wanted to make sure the size I had was correct and that I bought enough flooring. I spoke to a young guy who was super helpful and could not do enough for me. He advised me he would get me a floor specialist, just to make sure the measurements was all correct. I then spoke to John who works on the flooring section, he was such a joy to deal with and very helpful and patient even though he was super busy! He helped me make the right choice and even loaded all the flooring onto a cart. The service I received from these two gents today will see me back shopping in the Paisley store. They are a real credit to your store and people like this makes a shopping experience much more enjoyable. Thanks John & sorry I didn’t get the other chaps name.
