   Had one of the worst experiences with this store /company. Got a bed delivered but the bed has no holes bored to fix together so had to wait weeks for a new base so had to have it stored as the mattress was too big for our old base so couldn't use it. By the time we managed to get it together and try it out the mattress turned out to be the worst we have ever slept on but as it took so long we were outside the return period Went back to renew the mattress and paid another £1500 on top of the £2300 we had paid previously. The mattress was delivered and the topper part all got pushed to the top due to the way the delivery men dragged it into the room. 2 deliveries and 2 faults with their products. What followed was a disgrace. The company wanted photos and videos of the mattress. They then said they couldn't see anything wrong with it. They then "threatened" to send out an inspector which we welcomed but again didn't bother. They didn't contact us when they said they would and tried to blame us but the transcripts showed otherwise. Wanted us to wait weeks again for a swap but refused any sort of compensation despite us having to store their mattress AGAIN until it was picked up and the new one delivered. When we finally got them to agree a return they tried to keep the money for delivery saying that "we delivered the mattress didn't we" had to actually send them copies of their own returns policy before they finally agreed to pick it up and issue a full refund. Last time we will ever use this place.

   Lynsey was lovely, very helpful and upbeat and put us at ease during our visit. We were thinking to order online. We had our eye on a particular bed and came in to check it in at the Paisley store before placing an order. Lynsey approached us and was so helpful that we went ahead and completed the purchase there and then ☺️

   Benson for Beds, in Paisley, allowed our new bed shopping experience to be super smooth and easy. The sales rep was great as he was giving honest advice and bed recommendations. And made us aware of multiple deals we had access to to help us make the best choice for our budget. The delivery service was very communicative and I appreciated their efficiency and care when delivering our new bed. 10/10 would happily buy another bed or mattress from Bensons for Beds.

   The advisor Jazz, was amazing. Took time to explain all the features of the bed and walked us through the delivery process. Left us feeling very well looked after and confident in our purchase. The delivery guys were brilliant too - respectful, tidy and solutions orientated. Best customer service I've ever had when buying a bed!

   I went into Bensons to look for a new mattress as my current one is not as good as it should be. Was a little bewildered by all the options but Barry took time out to explain the differences. Tried the sleep pro and it said Medium. So tried them and it felt really good. Barry then explained that I could go and try all the different beds in medium. He left me to just wander and every so often checked to see if I had any questions. Barry was and is amazing at what he does and at no time did I feel he was selling. He just advised me and that is what a good salesman does. Great service first class. I bought a new mattress, bed frame and a headboard.
