   APPALLING SERVICE - JOHNNY SHOULD BE SACKED IMMEDIATELY! Review Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I am absolutely disgusted by the so-called "service" I received at this Toolstation branch today. I have been in the property business for several years and I have never, ever been treated with such blatant contempt and unprofessionalism. I went in needing some help with a specific item. I'll admit I wasn't 100% sure about what I needed, which is WHY I went to a specialist store – to get advice from someone who is supposed to be an expert. Instead of offering even a shred of assistance, Johnny sighed, rolled his eyes, and point-blank REFUSED to help. He couldn't even be bothered to write down the code number on the system. When I dared to question his complete lack of customer service, his response was to tell me to "get out of the store." I was shouted at and thrown out for simply asking for help. This is not just bad service; this is toxic, vile behaviour that has no place in any business, let alone one that relies on trade professionals. This guy is a disgrace to the Toolstation name and is actively driving customers away. People like Johnny are the reason why businesses struggle. I demand that this individual is investigated and sacked immediately. He should not be in a position to serve the public. I will be taking my significant business elsewhere and will be advising every single contractor and property developer I know to do the same until I receive confirmation that this disgusting individual has been removed. An absolute joke. Sort it out.

   I was struggling to find the correct attachment for an outside water tap, so i popped in & asked for advice. I was greeted by James who talked me through different options as the tap was a strange size. I took his advice & bought an attachment, but sadly it didn’t fit. I returned it to the store & James refunded me with no hassle whatsoever. Fantastic customer service again from toolstation. Thanks again, regards Harry.

   Was struggling to finish my DIY project and spoke to Margaret when I was in last week who was super helpful and friendly showing me a variety of different things available that would fit my project best!! Thank you so much!! Wouldn’t have got it sorted so quick without her! Amazing customer service there as always!

   Being a female I'm not good with DIY etc however, this store was recommended by a friend. I dealt with a lovely chap called Billy. Billy was Very knowledgeable, helpful and delivered a great customer service. I will definitely be visiting in the future and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks

   Invoices not being sent through to account, it seems they sent the invoice to another address and can only correct things if I return all the items. Possibly if they use the correct details at the till like other branches do - ask for account as opposed to a postcode and guessing email. The customer service number is no good as you need to revisit the store.
