Such lovely staff! Had a super stressful day and popped in to cheer myself up! The staff (so sorry I dont remember any names!) were so lovely and attentive and surprised me with a few extra products to brighten my day! I think customers can easily take the staff for granted, as I feel like lush is known for having a super helpful and chatty team, but I am really genuinely so appreciative of the kind, inclusive, and welcoming environment the team creates in this store. I have been in Lush stores less often in the past few years but this experience has really reminded me of why I loved visiting! Thank you so much again- I'm off to have a lovely wee pamper evening!
Went in to get a few bath bombs for my son and I have to say the staff are always amazing this time in particular Jane was outstanding. Really friendly and so good with my little boy, she really knew what she was talking about and had a good few tips aswell! Absolute credit to the store
Myself and another 4 ladies attended a bath bomb and face mask making session. We are part of a small bereavement group and this experience was fantastic. Daniel hosted our session, whilst Holly, made us the best ginger herbal tea. We were treated so well and two of our group received a mini facial which was an added bonus. We will definitely be visiting this store again soon. Thank you so much for boosting our wellbeing
Had a party for my 6 year old and three pals. What a treat it was. An hour and a half of being spoiled, treated like proper wee princess's and came away with loads of gorgeous goodies. Really good value for money and the staff were a delight. Megan whi hosted the party could not have been more amazing.
Amazing customer service from everyone in the shop all so friendly a nice lady let me 3 year old see how the bath bombs dissolved in the water. A special thank you to Blair who gave my son a bath Bomb as an act of kindness as it was his birthday it was such a nice thing to do he was so chuffed. He also took time out to demonstrate how to used the shower jelly gummy bear which he ended up buying. Thank you Blair!!
Love going to this shop. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful. And I obviously love the products. Wish other shops were like this.

It was my first visit to the LUSH store in Braehead. I went in to return an old recyclable pot and to buy some bath bombs for my new home. Enter Blair! He was so helpful and kind. He gave me genuine suggestions, introduced me to new products that I was unaware of, showed me a live demo of the bubble bombs, let me explore on my own after he gave me all the required information! I can safely say him going above and beyond made the entire experience of shopping at Lush extremely satisfying and fulfilling. He managed to put a big smile on my face with his kindness and warmth, as I left the store. Thank you once again, Blair! And LUSH - protect him and your staff at Braehead at all costs :))) 5/5 stars for Blair!
