   Waste of time store. Completely empty, staff ignoring at till as they are on their phone. Then tell you to go and order on a screen when you already know what you want. New tablets make it 10x more effort than offering any help at all. Would suggest another store with more helpful staff

   Only Branch I've used where they refuse to allow materials ordered for a van to be released without someone driving the payment card from the office to be there in person. Total inconvenience. Jobsworths.

This young man recognised me from my previois visit and when I approached the till he pulled my account up on his system without me even saying a word and started putting my orders together.
