   I was refused a return even though the item was brand new and unused. Staff claimed there had been a security seal on the box, which was never there. Very disappointing customer service.

   I swear when you go in check the desk area,all dirty as hell, you can literally see the dust all over the desk, keyboard and all over a computer!!! Is this how u keep your place tidy!!!

   I purchased a USB Dock to go with my new computer on Click and Collect and went down to pick it up excited to pick it up and set everything up. Unfortunately, when I turned up I was told I had mistakenly ordered it to the Fort store. At the end of a stressful day of work that was all I needed. However, what did brighten my day was the lady behind the counter named Jen. She without missing a beat tried to see if they had it in stock for me to buy at that time and failing that she offered to set me up with a new collection for tomorrow after work in the stockwell street store. She even offered to cancel the Fort's order and arrange the refund for me. She wasn't over the top or pushy, just anticipated every need I had before I even thought to ask. Extremely happy with her service and it really did help cushion the blow of my own stupidity.

   Made to feel like a criminal when returning a product. I am surprised they don't have a room to shine a strong light into your face, for a full interrogation. Is Argos High Command to blame for these tactics, or do certain branches employ staff that have gone on their SS training. Never used to be like this and not just this store. Would think twice about purchasing in future and I will probably resort to companies that provide no quibble money back guarantee, unless I need something urgently.
