Just said they worked on tills, and if not upstairs, then they wouldn't have any, and we couldn't order online. The second person was totally different and went above and beyond looking for it in other stores and then went and asked manager who located what we were looking for and put behind tills for us. I couldn't see a name badge to mention her on here as she deserves recognition for being outstanding but the manager will know who she is and hopefully thank her again for us as we spent a lot of money in there today and if it hadn't been for her today we would have taken our custom elsewhere”

“Hidden gem. I’ve visited this branch of the British heart foundation’s furniture shop multiple times now. The quality of their furniture is high and prices are very reasonable. There is quite a lot of turnaround in the furniture, pretty much weekly there’s new interesting furniture and products. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, always ready and happy to assist you. Bought a few things here at thing point and wont be stopping soon. I highly recommend a walk in and a browse if you’re ever in the area.”
