   Had a great experience within this B&Q store 18th and 19th November 2025, I needed alot of MDF cut to size for a full kitchen renovation and Isaac was able to accommodate this exceptionally. He was also really kind and was helping to train up a new start Hammad and they both got the job done quickly and efficiently. I then had to come back into the store on the 19th as stated as I had miscounted how much panels I needed and Isaac was there again to assist and make sure they were correct, thanks again!

   Went to purchase an item, found them on a high shelf. Asked a member of staff to get them and after 15 minutes of back and forth he said the machines required to reach were broken down. Absolute joke. A ladder would have sufficed. Sums up the level of service at this store.

   Large B&Q with almost anything you might need. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking available. Do note there might be a traffic jam especially during game times as there is a stadium located close by.

   I only went to pick up colour charts, but I will be going back to buy paint soon. I love B & Q for the different choices of paint. They do have a Black Friday sale on just now, on some items. I did see some lovely light shades & electric fire places.
