   They sell large dining tables but only give 4 chairs with almost everyone forcing you to spend almost £150 more per chair. Don't bother looking for a dining table here unless you need only 4 chair or they rip you off

   Didn't find what I wanted on this occasion, but it was worth the visit. Massive range of tables, seating, and soft furnishings. Spacious store and a lot of staff available to answer any questions. Lots of parking available. Enjoyed the in store café. Not far from motorway, on London Road near KFC, McDonald's & DFS.

   Purchased an expensive recliner. Not lasted 6 months and motor has stopped working. Not good enough but understand things can break. My wife called and was told it would be a month before repair. I called and said I needed a quicker repair and Sterling advised someone would call. That was 3 days ago and not a peep. Very poor. Someone came out and they didn't have a clue. New chair was needed. That was about 4-5 months ago. We are now mid May and still no recliner despite promise that it would be. We are now being told July. Shambles. Final update. Second recliner arrived and motor not working. You couldn't make it up. Got money back and a discount voucher. Aye right as if I'd be buying anything from Sterling.

   Bought a sofa from Sterling a few years ago now and took out the care package as I am a fostercarer and mostly get young children. Firstly the legs became wobbly and a button came off I call to ask for repair and it was all sorted straight away which was great . But then problem after problem with legs became loose again and fabric because thin in places . I called and called I was totally ignored email after email it was so frustrating I am left with a sofa that is falling apart I wouldn't recommend this company and there care package is absolutely joke too My only wish is I shouldn't have payed in cash maybe credit .
