    Lady on the Cashier needs more customer service training. I bought one small item as I go to hand over this item she rudely refused to take my item by hand which I found absurd. Instead she points at the conveyor without saying a word as if i supposed to read her mind and know what she wants. She could have at least have the decency to ask me politely to put it on the conveyor belt. She should have more respect for paying customers. I do not recommend this establishment as they do not respect customers. Date and time of transaction 11/03/2025 10:17am.

    I just can't get to like this chain of stores, while there are some bargains and some not so good deals, you can reach your daily step goal looking for an item. Badly sign posted and almost always a lengthy queue at the checkout.

    Social Distancing was almost non existent with no staff at entrance/exit so that as I tried to leave I could hardly get past a group of four adults having a conversation. Similarly at checkout I was encouraged to put my goods on belt directly behind previous customer. The store was much too full and chaotic. I didn’t feel safe and won’t go there again.
