   The Motherwell store of B&M is absolutely fantastic and pleasant staff too we travel from Larkhall because the Larkhall store and staff are not very pleasant or professional

   The range of stock is fantastic. I went in for some basic cleaning supplies and ended up with a basket full of goodies! They have a great selection of everything, from food and drink to gardening gear, homeware, toys, and seasonal items. The prices are, as always with B&M, significantly cheaper than the big supermarkets for many equivalent products. The staff were also lovely. I saw a couple of assistants restocking shelves who were happy to help a customer find a specific item, and the cashier was efficient and friendly.

   B&M...the labyrinth of dreams. The Motherwell branch is huge. Situated on Brandon Parade on the old Asda site, its aisle after aisle of madness but cheap and affordable. I went in for coffee and came out with my house fully redecorated and refurbished...my wife filed for divorce soon after. Thanks B&M

   Great selection since they expanded the shop, but it can be a bit of a hassle getting help from staff if you need it as it's quite big and as with most shops nowadays, run on a small staff. Friendly and helpful when you do get them though, although the need to have a superior sign off on any age-check products regardless of having ID is a weird policy, seemingly designed to cover the employees, which is understandable, but can lead to a bit of a wait on checkout or holding up the queue. A bit of common sense would be nice there, if I'm using some immaculately forged passport, any legal issues would be the customer, surely? Whatever, still a worthwhile stop for the variety and pricing.

   Always find the staff, helpful and polite. Had an experience today, left my phone on a shelf in store, I returned to be greeted by a lovely assistant on till 1, end one nearest door anyway. She called for assistance, of which another lovely assistant led me to the phones safety, and returned it to me. Hopefully these positive remarks get filtered through, does give oneself a boost, in difficult times.
