   The most knowledgeable team, with vast industry experience, what they don't know ain't worth knowing! Ultra helpful, friendly, laid-back, humerous and their coffee is good too! Recently auditioned a high-end bit of kit, nothing was too much trouble to these folks, very relaxed, no pressure at all on me...agreed purchase and was even offered a part-exchange on my kit I was replacing, deal done, got home, installed kit, WOW, superb improvement, well done Team, special mention to George for his patience, John for his coffee and humour and Ian for his insight. Highly recommended.

   What a fantastic experience. From the moment I was buzzed in I was met with a friendly and informal welcoming, followed soon with a lovely coffee and brilliant chat from Greg. He asked where I was at in my vinyl journey, listening to what I was looking for and following up with guidance as to what I'd need to make everything come together. The selected turntable (Rega planner 3RS) was then moved into a lovey listing room where I was left to swap records to my hearts content. Another coffee, along with a few tracks and I was sold on going vinyl after years of streaming with Tidal. I wish I'd done it sooner. Overall the best retail experience I've ever had - and I'm in retail. First night with my new turn table and its like falling in love with listening to music all over again. Thank you! Stephen

   I have recently decided to get back into hi-fi after many years of using streaming devices only I decided I wanted to get back to vinyl and a proper stereo set up for my living room. I went into it blind and was helped immeasurably by Allan, (the owner of Loud & Clear), not only did he provide expert advice but also demonstrated products within my price range, and even although I am just starting out on my journey and did not have a huge budget, I felt he gave me a first rate experience like I was spending a million bucks. It has changed not only my life but my whole family now sit down and enjoy listening to records again which has been a wonderful revelation to us all. Then, when I had a problem a year later, he took in my gear back to the shop, found the fault and then brought me in to the store to hear it all before returning everything and explaining where I had gone wrong, and all with no extra charge, now that's what I call great customer after care. I cannot recommend them enough, no matter your budget, high or low, they are super helpful and have a wealth of knowledge like no other hi-fi shop I've ever encountered. I am now on the road to becoming a rookie audiophile and I know where I'll be shopping every step of the way as I progress, the choice really is... "Loud & Clear"
