Went to get some bits and bolts to fit something on the wall, they didn't have the exact size, but also the smallest package was in the 100s, where I only needed 2. However the catchier was super helpful, went and checked online at one of their competitors to see if they have something better suited, which they did, so I was able to get what I was after from there. I'm sure they send people across from each other from time to time, but putting the customer first in this manner for me is more than worthy of a 5 star!
