Our Salesman James was most informative and not pushy in any way. He listened to our requests and gave us a tour of store and pointed out all the relative pros and cons of the furniture. The prices were very competitive definitely value for money. We left happy with our choice of suite and look forward to July when we receive our order.
Avoid like the plague! Lies, misinformation and attempted intimidation! We bought our sofas on the first week of January, after the salesman James assured us on three separate occasions in front of my partner and children that the sofas were sectional as we know from previous experience and orders that static sofas won’t fit in to our house. We waited until the 5th of march for delivery and while the 4 seater was sectional and fitted fine the three seater was not and the delivery drivers had to return it, I then found out our local store (Kilmarnock) was closed for refurbishment. So I tried calling customer service and it was a waste of time after 3 hours in a queue, I decided to drive to the Glasgow fort Store and spoke to the manager who assured me he would look into it and give us a phone call back. I then received a very rude phone call from the Salesman James who I had placed the order with, who proceeded to gaslight me and tell me I had had made the mistake when ordering, forgetting my Parter and children where present when I asked three times that the sofas were definitely sectionals, he then got angry and started raising is voice in an attempt to intimidate me on the phone, he was promptly told I would not be spoken to that way and that wished to speak to his manager David who clearly didn’t care how he had spoken to me, I calmly explained I wished to deal with Brian the Manager at the fort store given the vile treatment I had just received. Brian had told me that the replacement sofa was ordered and I could call in a few weeks for a delivery date, I did this to find James had taken it upon himself to order a 2 seater sofa which wouldn’t fit as it’s not sectional and cancel our 4 seater which no one authorised. This has also been cancelled and we have waited another two weeks for an update which sadly still hasn’t happened, 15 weeks later I have one sofa instead of two, no delivery date and no one cares! I’d give 0 stars if I could !

Quick delivery and the delivery staff were very professional and friendly. I would certainly recommend ScS Kilmarnock.
Do not buy from this company Salesman Charles lied to me about almost everything paid for this almost four months ago still waiting on it. They show you a price then it keeps going up and up terrible company
BEWARE. Ordered a couch still not arrived 3 month later, absolute joke. Told that I can't even get a refund, I'm locked in now I'm at their mercy because of the terms and conditions that they never brought up . Salesman said 6 to 8 weeks... AVOID.
Should of went to ScS first instead of wasting time on other shops. With the help from Charles got the recliner chair I was looking for and at an amazing price. Recomend ScS to anyone who's looking for any type of quality furniture at a good price.
