   Our favourite furniture store. We always find something. Great range and choices. We've bought most of our home furniture here. Staff are very helpful, especially David, who has helped us with many purchases over the years. The nice thing is that a lot of what you see you can buy straight off the floor.

   Very poor customer service- waiting weeks for an order and had to chase them up 4 times to find out what is happening. We were told that it is being manufactured on a certain date and when we don’t hear anything contacting them again to be told of a nearly 5 week delay to our order. Being lectured on the phone about the current state of manufacturing with no apologies offered. We wanted to support a local business but wish we hadn’t now as we continue to wait for another “expected” delivery time frame.

Despite the fact this shop is as wee bit above our price range all staff made us feel most welcome and allowed us to wander. If you're looking for quality and elegance this is the place to go.    Great service the full way through. The lady in the showroom took the time to discuss what we wanted and provide recommendations without pushing a sale like so many other stores. Delighted with the delivery service as its usually a hassle to get anything delivered to our home but the team were in and out quickly, very polite and took away all rubbish. I called a few times to check on the status of our order as we were told end of January which was a long lead time so just checked in, always got a friendly response and the sofa came around the right time which was great.

   Staff were very friendly and helpful instore. So we ordered 2 chairs a couch and a table lamp as we were assured we would have it before Christmas. Almost 6 months later we are still waiting; we have called several times to be told different things i understand regarding Covid-19 and things but it would be more helpful to keep customers updated if there order isn't going to be on time. Very disappointed.
