After initial problems with the kitchen due to the salesman things were quickly sorted out and changed. My kitchen is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The fitters were hard working and had the kitchen fitted quickly consulting us on all decisions. Thanks I love my new kitchen.
The shop is good, great ideas and kitchens but the service is rubbish. Communication is zero, you have to chase everything up. My kitchen was meant to be completed on 18th July and I finally got the final door today (2 October - (11 weeks later!!)) They were just making school boy mistakes, mis-measures, scratches,not enough attention to detail etc... Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a complete competent and fast service.
Beautiful Kitchens and staff in the showroom were fantastic, really go out their way to help you understand kitchens. The manager introduced us to a designer Scott that was very knowledgable and again helped answer any question myself and my partner. We took a brochure home for ideas, we were recommended by one of friends who has just recently purchased a kitchen from Kessler.
I got my dream Kitchen from Kessler Direct. It was at a price no other supplier could compete with. I had a couple of small issues throughout the installation but all were resolved in a professional manner. Would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about their next kitchen or bedroom makeover.
As a builder we only ask that our orders turn up complete and on time. That's exactly what we got but also very helpful delivery guys.... what a change that makes. Happy to recommend and fit these kitchens. Thanks for that, George Cuthbert Builders
