WARNING! Do not order from this company. We ordered a light online for nearly £500. Firstly we had no update after two weeks so we cancelled the order. After 12 days still waiting for a refund, the response we get is we will follow up with a department. They have now been reporting to trading standards, to peruse the matter. Terrible
WOW!! Such classy stylish very high end stylish furniture. Lesley & the girls are Amazing. It's a joy to shop here....as my home will attest....yet every time I go in, I want to buy everything.! It's a very dangerous place !! Hahaha
This ridiculous so-called closing down sale. I walked into the store in Kilmarnock expecting to take advantage of their 80% off everything sales, only to find out that not everything must go. I specifically wanted to purchase one of the mirrors on clearance, but was told it couldn't be sold off and had to be ordered instead. Fine, I thought, I can wait the 4 weeks until delivery. However, they then asked for a deposit that magically turned into full payment. And after I paid, they made me sign a no cancellation, no refunds policy without even explaining it properly. Oh, but it's all good, right? Wrong. Less than 24 hours later, I receive an email saying my item won't be available for another 8 weeks! They agreed to refund my money, but not before reminding me about their ridiculous policy that I had signed. Be warned, think twice before spending a penny in this place.
I can't speak highly enough of their service. (and no I have no connection to Revive Lab other than as a first time customer).
Visited Designer Rooms, Kilmarnock on multiple occasions in search of new suite, Lesley was amazing, exceptionally helpful,, extremely patient, and mega supportive,. No pressure to buy, she made me feel like VIP every visit, fabulous customer service , friendly & professional, such a lovely lady. Shelley also provided a high level of customer service and assistance, its an absolute pleasure to shop in the Kilmarnoxk store.
I like the price and quality of the products ( albeit I bought during the sale). Delivery could have been better- if there's delays staff need to be honest rather than defensive and manage your expectations. I would possibly buy here again but would need to consider this factor
