   The entitlement is real with this one. I went there last week offering a next to new shelf, they confirmed they would be happy to collect it. I was asked to come back the following week so I could arrange for the collection as the time slots I needed were not yet available. When I returned I was told collecting the shelf (which definitely does not fit in a normal car) would be a waste of resources—they would only collect bed frames. So… this is just great. 0/5 stars would not recommend. Terrible communication and a continuous air of "you’re not needed".

   Great shop! Brilliant prices and always new stock, lovely workers especially the young woman with the red hair and glasses. Such a lovely girl, really made my day 11/10 would recommend to friends and family

   Horrific customer service. Took the whole day to wait for delivery (Any time between 7am and 5pm). Meaning a whole day of work lost. Then got phoned at 9am as they lost all the notes on the sofas and so didn't know who each belonged to. Then nothing, not a word. We phoned at 4 and the woman said she couldn't reach the driver and had no idea where he was. We phoned at 5 to 5 and only then got told the driver dropped and broke the sofa. If we hadn't phoned they wouldn't even have bothered to tell us that day. Horrific service. And no couches similar. Do not recommend at all.

   I called to offer good quality furniture that I needed moved within a few days Was asked to send photos and await a return call. Waited 2 days and then call eventually returned to say I would need to wait at least a week. Furniture went to local rubbish depot.

   Really Poor service and unrealistic to work around times. I was expected to take an entire day of work for a collection. I had to first submit pictures which I did, then I was informed I needed to get a confirmation time the day before at 4pm. You can't cancel this appointment as it costs them money. So you expected to confirm a pickup with no time. Extremely unprofessional and sad that this charity does not have the methods to make it easy or atleast practical to collect. In this economy who can take a day of work? Sad as charity would have easily made 400 to 500 for bed. Really poor service. People can be accommodating but where we are expected to agree to collections without even knowing a time, who does that?

   Today we purchased a sofa bed for our new home and Robert is one of the best customer representative and one of the most kindhearted people on this pale blue dot. Excellent prices and communication. Good people for good causes. 9999/10 recommend.

   So you want furniture like a king size double bed, lighting, huge beautiful leather sofa, wardrobes, rugs, pictures, mirrors, tables, a kettle, microwave, and .... the obligatory Generation Game cuddly toy? Great news - you've come to just about the perfect place ... At prices you won't believe and can't ignore - plus you'll be helping a wonderful charity. The donated goods are previously owned but the staff are absolutely 'brand new'.

   I volunteer at this shop and it is a great place to work. The managers take every opportunity to help people learn new skills and build self confidence. No two days are the same and the shop attracts a lively and diverse clientele, every demographic and many nationalities. It’s like a treasure trove. I can’t believe what people throw away but it all goes to a great cause.
