I had researched online and went into the local branch to see the chair I wanted. The young man who helped me - Daniel, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on sale. I look forward to receiving my chair and enjoying the comfort.

We waited almost 13 weeks for our leather sofas and when they arrived there were problems with the gliders .However everything was sorted out promptly thanks to Isobel (not sure of the spelling) in Batley. We received a generous refund and cakes from Betty’s tearoom.This lady was excellent to deal with and other companies would do well to follow her example.

We were given hot drinks an advised to take a little time out to think over your purchase and ask any further occurring questions. No pressure or sales techniques.Ticked all the boxes for such a big decision.

My wife and I have a number of health conditions one of which require us to improve our posture. We arranged a private consultation and met Sarah at HSL Glasgow and she expertly and sensitively helped us through a seating assessment and seating options. I wish I had had this assessment years ago. We could not have asked for more and we cannot thank Sarah enough. We highly recommend you consider HSL if you think a seating assessment would be helpful. They have a lovely range of chairs, sofas etc
Looking for good quality supporting chair for my disabled mother, staff were very helpful discussing needs and tried many different styles of chair to find the right height, posture and support. They have a very good range of seating types in a large variety of fabrics. Very happy to recommend HSL for anyone with special needs or just to find the right kind of seating that suits them.
