   Ward brothers supplied and fitted carpet in our living room. Amazing service from the first store visit to the fitting. We are now in the process of having Ward Brothers fit our stairs and landings with new carpet. We also love that everything we chose was uk manufactured; the carpet, underlay and grippers. The staff in store were very knowledgable, and the fitters were very professional and considerate. 5* service.

   I was waiting for delivery of my new furniture, I was contacted to say the supplier was going into receivership. Ward brothers were really good. Whilst I was disappointed, this was outside their control. I was given options and decided to go with the new supplier suggested. The new furniture was price matched. Although I have to wait longer the service was great.

   I came into ward brother last Monday (18/8) to have a look at some carpets for my new home, a handy and helpful chap called Tom Firth showed me a few samples and within 5 days my old carpets had been pulled up and removed and my three new carpets laid, all for a lower price than a quote I received for just one room. Tom was not only help in the shop but was also supportive with help and information throughout the week whenever I needed anything. I would not only recommend Ward Brothers, but I would also recommend trying to find Tom once you’re in there. Fantastic experience.

   If you would like to buy furniture that’s stuck together with tape then look no further ….. bought a wardrobe and the mirror was stuck on using doubled sided tape !!!!! This fell off missing my toe by less than 1 inch. Update … thankyou for reaching out, I did call the shop but your response was” I’m not quite sure why your calling or what you would like us to do “ . I have also emailed two days ago but as yet I have not recieved a response!! I will look forward to hearing from you.

   Excellent range of quality furniture at very keen pricing, no high pressure sales staff, friendly advice and assistance when requested. Delivery team were spot on, both sofas delivered with professional quilted transport covers to protect them during transport and along with a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to delivery showed the emphasis given to customer care by Ward Bros. Very impressed with the service and I would recommend a visit before wasting time with any other retail outlet.
